| LICENSING: The licensing of Rights Managed Images is at all times controlled by an agreement on use between you and Gilmour Photography. The terms of licensing give you finite control over how, when where and by whom the images will be used. Rights Managed licenses allow the client to specify such things as the media in which the Rights Managed Image will appear, the name of the end user (e.g. Your client, if applicable), geographical distribution, size of reproduction, duration of use and exclusivity required. | LICENSING: Licensing Royalty Free Images is not exclusive. There is an inherent danger that your competitors will license the same Royalty Free Image in unlimited media, for unlimited purposes for an unlimited period of time. | FREE HIGH-RES COMPING IMAGES: If You have Approved Client Status, You can obtain a high-resolution file of any Rights Managed Image from Gilmour Photography for inspection and comping purposes. | NO HIGH-RES COMPING RIGHTS: In order to obtain a high-resolution Royalty Free Image from Gilmour Photography, You must purchase a RF License. |
| FEES: RM licensing fees are determined by the specific manner in which You want to control and use the Rights Managed Image. | FEES: RF licensing fees are fixed, solely based on the size of the Royalty Free Image file. |
| SENSITIVE ISSUES RELEASES. If You need to use a Rights Managed Image of a person in a sensitive context, Gilmour Photography may be able to obtain a specific release from the person depicted for Your specific usage. | NO SENSITIVE ISSUES RELEASE: Due to the unlimited nature of a RF license, Gilmour Photography is unable to provide specific sensitive issues releases for RF Images. |
