Which Session is Right For Me?
Headshots
Perfect for LinkedIn and other social media, for actors, corporate websites, and more. These sessions are head-and-shoulders only. We shoot them on a white, black, grey, or blue background to create a modern image.
Portraits
More intimate than a headshot; in portrait sessions we may photograph the full body, seated, standing, 3/4, waist up, and headshots. Portrait sessions are longer and can be crafted into something more creative to show the viewer more about you.
Groups, Teams and Corporate Pricing

Headshot Session & Corporate Portrait FAQ
Scheduling
Scheduling a session is easy—book it over the phone! Headshot sessions are by appointment only, and a phone consultation is free anytime you have questions before booking. Our schedule is typically booked 2 weeks in advance, so plan for your session!
The Session
Headshot photo sessions are designed to be fun and easy. As we shoot, we’ll review the images on a monitor with you, and by the end of the session, you’ll have a selection of favourites to choose from for your final image(s).
Clothing
Wear clothes that make you feel confident and comfortable. Avoid busy patterns and stripes. Choose colours that accentuate your skin tone, and try to layer your clothing. Bring a few clothing options, including from other seasons, so you can switch up your online look. The most important thing is to be comfortable because when you feel good, you look good!
Hair and Makeup
Pro Tip: Have your hair and makeup professionally done – it’s the finishing touch that stands out in a good headshot. Our Business Headshot session includes a professional makeup application at the studio, but you are always welcome to come makeup-ready. Quickie Headshot sessions do not include makeup. We recommend having your hair professionally done somewhere you’re familiar with and comfortable with. Men, get a haircut about a week before your session, and remember to clean your jacket and tie!
Your Files – Share and Print Anywhere
After you’ve selected your final image(s), they’ll be retouched, and you will receive high-resolution digital files and a personal and business use license for the images. This license means you can print the images, post them online, and share them with family and friends – anytime!
Turn-around Time
The typical turnaround time is between 3-5 days. Sometimes we can rush it on the same day.
After Booking
For questions before your appointment, email us. Please note – we require 24-hour notice for changing a session time. The client is responsible for payment of all expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation. If notice of cancellation is given less than two (2) business days before the shoot date, the Client will be charged a 100% fee. Weather postponements: Unless otherwise agreed, the Client will be charged a 100% fee if the postponement is due to weather conditions on location and a 50% fee if postponement occurs before departure to location.
