Terms of Use are a set of rules and guidelines that a user must agree to in order to use the Gilmour Photography website and photography templates. It acts as a legal contract between Gilmour Photography (the company) and users who access this website.
Where do I enter my coupon code?
The option to enter a coupon code is displayed after you sign into PayPal. You will have the option to review your order and enter a coupon code 🙂
Digital Templates:
Shipment
Digital templates are instant downloads. A download link will be send to the email on your Brett Gilmour Photography account or PayPal email.
Refund policy
Note that the photography templates are is a digital files. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot make refunds or exchanges. Please create a backup of your file, we do not do file forwarding because of data loss, rewriting or any other issue.
User Requirements
Our files are provided in layered PSD. You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to make changes in templates. Our products are created for professional photographic use.
Printing Errors
Please make sure you check the colors, bleeds, trim lines, texts and fonts of the template before printing. Brett Gilmour Photography will not be held responsible for printing errors.
Template Details
The templates are created to be user friendly, with font names, clipping masks and instructions included. Almost all templates are fully layered, so you will be able to add photos, change the colors of the text and design elements.
Are your templates compatible with Elements?
Yes, the templates are compatible with Photoshop CS and Photoshop Elements.
Please let me know which version you are using in the “notes to seller” section at your time of purchase.
Are font files included with my purchase?
Due to copyright issues I cannot distribute the font files. However all fonts are standard or free fonts and font names are included.
Where can I get my files printed?
Most of the card templates are created with WHCC specs and marketing sets Millers Labs specs, however you can tweak the specs to print the templates at another lab or in your home.

What may I do with the photography templates?
You can change or modify the template in any way for use in creating products for yourself or your customers; selling prints, cards, books, albums, or other printed/physical products.
Can I post the photography templates with my pictures in a blog/website/or other social media websites?
Yes, you can post examples of the designs in your blog/website/social media site in lower resolution and flattened JPG with the purpose of showcasing the template/product to your customers (NOT for re-sale)
Can I buy the templates to offer it in my online store?
No, you can’t. In accordance with standard license prohibitions, you may not resell, redistribute or share these templates in whole or in part for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any design digitally or printed on any online store (including but not limited to Etsy, eBay, or general online card stores).
I’m designer can I buy your templates to offer it to my clients?
No, you can’t. Our products are created just for professional photographic uses and you can’t claim these designs as your own
Custom Designs
Do you design/redesign logos, make custom marketing sets or custom items?
Unfortunately, we are not accepting any custom orders or doing exclusive templates at this time.
Please note: The templates in this store are NOT exclusive, and it will be sold several times.
